Breathe explores the relationships between architecture, neuroscience, biophilia, well-being and health. As contemporary lifestyles move ever more of our time indoors, the connection between health, well-being, nature and architecture becomes a decisive value for the health-related services and infrastructures still to be built.
While the project specifically examines the effect of architecture and nature on the human brain, well-being runs through it as an overarching idea, carried by sustainable and responsible principles for a vibrant research environment.
